Project Management Team

Our project management team are there to ensure that your projects are delivered on time and within budget. The strength of InterComm's project management is in the breadth of expertise that the individual managers have built up with any one member of the team having the required skills to implement the logistics for an Advisory Board, co-ordinate the publication of an internal newsletter or direct the planning of a multi-site training programme.

Your project will be overseen by a dedicated project manager who will understand the key challenges and work with you to ensure effective execution and delivery of your project within the agreed timelines and budget constraints.  The top-down nature of our project management style gives the managers that you will be working with the autonomy and flexibility to adapt the project to meet your needs allowing you to focus on your key day-to-day objectives.
